My Earnest Reviews - Range War Bride

4 CHERRIES: "An interesting futuristic take on a western. I loved that while this was set in the future the story didn´t throw that in your face. Some of the technology was advanced but wasn´t overly done and helped the plot along wonderfully. It made for a good background to the story. I enjoyed the way Rafe and Alex came across as very down to earth. While they were rich it didn't effect them. I found myself conflicted about Brianna. I got why she didn't want to confide in Rafe and Alex since she´d just met them. Especially when she might have done something illegal, but given her choices even going to jail would've been a better bet than her fiances. I didn´t get why the whole brother thing was such a big deal though. Why she felt the need to keep that a secret escaped me. I wanted to keep telling her -- say something already, but Ms. Santiago keeps you on pins and needles drawing it out. This did have a well developed plot which adding bits and pieces to the story at just the right time. Ms. Santiago does manage to give us a happy ending even with all the twists and intrigue. She also tossed in a little something I hadn´t expected which is always a plus in my book. Overall a good read." — Morning Glory, Whipped Cream Reviews
